This is a 28X3 tube with a TR383 center brass stem. Recommended application is for Bias Ply tires and the recommended tire fitment is for a 28×3 tire. Fits 3 inch width, 22 inch diameter tires. This tube for motorcycle tire has a TR383 brass stem and the valve stem location is center. TR383 stem is brass stem 3 1/2 inch tall with 1/2 inch diameter at the base.
